A Celebration of Connection, Inspiration, and Community in the High Country
The HighCountry Ladies Long Lunch is a cherished annual gathering that unites women from all walks of life for a day of inspiration, laughter, and empowerment. From thought-provoking speakers to heartfelt storytelling, each moment is designed to uplift and ignite connection.
Alongside captivating conversations, guests can enjoy a curated collection of stalls featuring local makers, creatives, and small businesses—bringing a vibrant marketplace atmosphere to this unforgettable long lunch.
What began as chats over coffee in 2016 quickly blossomed into something truly special. Founded by Leonie Brassey and Natalie Fogarty, The High Country Ladies Long Lunch (Formerly called Cabarlah Ladies Day) has grown into a much-loved annual event—bringing together hundreds of incredible women, sharing powerful stories, and creating lasting friendships and memories. In 2021, we were proud and humbled to be recognised with an Australia Day Award for Community Event of the Year—a reflection of the heart and connection this event brings to our region.
Whether you’re from the bush, the regions, or anywhere in between, the HighCountry Ladies Long Lunch is your chance to connect, recharge, and be inspired by a room full of like-minded women.
Rally your friends, mark your calendar, and get ready for a day of connection, celebration, and uplifting conversations. We can’t wait to welcome you!
