Meet Kim

Bringing her signature warmth, wit and authenticity to the stage, Kim Cahill is the vibrant force guiding our event as Emcee. Best known as the founder of KCSMS.com.au, Kim is a passionate connector-of people, ideas, events, food, and business—throughout the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region.

Kim speaks from the heart with contagious energy and humour, captivating every room she enters. Her inclusive nature and deep empathy create an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and inspired.

A visionary at heart, Kim also facilitates workshops in digital communication, supporting business owners and startups to grow and thrive. She’s a recognised leader in innovation-named a finalist in the 2020 Toowoomba Chamber Business Excellence Awards (Innovation & Technology) and nominated for an Australia Day Award in 2021.
